- Research target accounts in Switzerland and Austria and identify the right people to contact
- Qualify inbound leads and hand over strong opportunities to Account Executives
- Ask good questions and understand what prospects are trying to solve
- Use HubSpot, AI and prospecting tools to stay organized and improve your approach

- You speak Swiss German at native level, have strong standard German and are fluent in English
- You can work remotely from a European country where Matrix42 can employ you and travel to the region when needed
- You have 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing role; internships also count
- You are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people
- You can handle rejection, stay focused and keep going
- You are curious about technology and serious about building a career in sales
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, consulting or a similar commercial environment
- Some experience with a CRM or prospecting tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or Apollo
- Internships, projects or other activities that show initiative and a willingness to learn
Why us?
As our SDR, you will help us build new business by finding the right companies, starting conversations and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. Most of your time will be spent on outbound prospecting, alongside following up on leads from campaigns, events and demo requests. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team and learn how technology sales works in practice.
