- Identify, engage, and attract talent across channels
- Build sustainable pipelines across all Matrix42 countries
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pools
Create a Great Candidate Experience
- Conduct structured screening interviews
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience
Partner with the Business
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
- Align on role requirements, timelines, and priorities
- Bring in market insights to support better hiring decisions
Drive Hiring Excellence
- Own and manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Coordinate interviews smoothly across stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date ATS data
