Project Lead Internal IT (m/f/d)

Your mission

You will lead strategic IT projects across Matrix42 and act as a trusted partner to our business functions in driving technology-enabled change. You will ensure that projects are delivered successfully, stakeholders remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and business objectives are translated into effective and scalable IT solutions.

The role combines classical IT project management with a strong business-facing mindset and hands-on IT delivery capabilities. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, Internal IT, Engineering, Security and external partners while actively contributing to the implementation of solutions together with the Internal IT team.

As Matrix42 continues to modernize its internal systems landscape and business processes, you will play a key role in turning ideas into delivered outcomes, balancing project leadership, business enablement and practical execution.

  • Lead and deliver strategic IT projects from initiation through successful implementation and business adoption.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while facilitating workshops, alignment sessions, and project reviews.
  • Contribute hands-on to the implementation of business applications, cloud and infrastructure solutions, including integrations, migrations, testing, and process improvements.

Your profile

MUST HAVE
  • Lead and deliver strategic IT projects from initiation through successful implementation and business adoption.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while facilitating workshops, alignment sessions, and project reviews.
  • Contribute hands-on to the implementation of business applications, cloud and infrastructure solutions, including integrations, migrations, testing, and process improvements.

NICE TO HAVE


  • Previous experience as an IT System Engineer, IT Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or similar hands-on IT role.

  • Experience in a SaaS, software or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, endpoint management, service management or automation platforms.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Matrix42 products and Enterprise Service Management solutions.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance or other business-critical enterprise platforms.
