Your mission

We’re looking for someone motivated to grow with us in the coming years and eager to develop their skills along the way. Our team in Sweden consists of about 12 colleagues, and you’ll have the full support you need to succeed — from presales to marketing and beyond. Are you ready to start an exciting career with us?

Your responsabilities: 
  • Spot and engage potential accounts within our ICP and turn them into qualified opportunities
  • Reach out through ABM-driven campaigns, email, LinkedIn, and other channels with our proven ICP & tech stack
  • Identify key decision-makers, spark their interest, and build relationships
  • Nurture leads until they’re ready to explore Matrix42 solutions
  • Keep our CRM data sharp and actionable, helping the whole team work smarter
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Executives, and Pre-Sales – you’ll be part of a high-energy, supportive sales team in Sweden.
  • Do both inbound and outbound activities with focus on outbound to generate new logo opportunities
  • Team operates in the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets 

Your profile

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and to develop your skills on a long term! 

Must-haves to succeed in this role:
  • Proven hands-on experience in business development and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.)
  • Strong and confident communication skills — both written and spoken — with the resilience to turn “no” into “yes”
  • A solid academic background 
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • First experience in using AI at work
